We do not dispatch out-of-city plant orders on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, or Sunday.
This schedule helps us avoid unnecessary delays during weekends and holidays. Since plants are living products, extended transit periods can cause dehydration, stress, or damage, and may increase the chances of plants arriving in poor condition.
Please note: Public holidays falling between dispatch and delivery may add extra transit time. For this reason, we carefully plan dispatches to minimize delays and ensure your plants have the best possible chance of arriving fresh, healthy, and safely packed.

Q: When will my order be delivered?
A: If you are located in Karachi, your order will be delivered within 3 to 5 business days. For orders outside of Karachi, delivery takes 3 to 5 business days.
2. Payment Options
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: For orders within Karachi, you can choose between Cash on Delivery (COD) or advance payment. However, all orders from outside of Karachi require 50% advance payment before they can be processed and shipped.
